Non Hunting Guests $75 Per Day  food, drink, ice plastic utensils, plates and cups $150 per day and you provide the food or arrangements can be made where the cook purchase all the food and is reimbursed when receipts are provided to you. No minors are to be left unattended no should anyone wander outside the fence line surrounding the facilities without a guide. Alcoholic beverages are allowed.  Unruly and obnoxious behavior will not be tolerated and those guests will be asked to leave without a reimburse of expenses paid. Cooking utensils and cleaning supplies will be provided.  All utensils must be washed and reshelved.  A general clean-up must be done by those utilizing the facilities.  A $100 deposit will be required and will be refunded after an inspection of the facilities is done by Ciro Gomez, property manager (956) 279-9309.
